Chronicle Report (2023-24)

4^th April 2022: - New academic year started.

13^th April: -Summer Day celebration. This day was observed in order to welcome summer season and make the students to understand the importance of each season especially summer.  On this day students used cotton dress and came with summer specials like cool drinks, Fruits, different kinds of juice, lassie, custard, Ice cream etc. Students enjoyed the whole day with dance and music.

23^rd April: - summer vacation begins for students.

30^th April: - Last working day. Summer vacation begins for all.

2^nd May: - 10^th Board exam begins, Teachers go for invigilation. Our students got Exam Centre at St.CharlsSr.Sec School, Narmadapuram

1^st.June2022: - School office start working, permanent teachers join the school.

15^th June: -All teachers join the school; A few teachers continue to do the board exam duties.

16^th June: - An orientation programme arranged for teachers in the school on Class management and pedagogy byDr.Gerald Andrew Pereira, in collaboration with Macmillion publication.

20^thJune: -School Opening day. It was really a day full of life in the school, after two years of pandemic, school was echoing with the laughter of children.  Teachers conducted opening day assembly.

24^th June: -Nomination for school cabinet (Those students who scored 80 and above percent is eligible for the nomination.)

27^th June: - Self introduction day of the nominees for the cabinet.

30^th June: - Election Day.  Fifth above classes’ casted vote for the candidates. Election was held in the morning session and in the afternoon session counting was done in the presence of all the candidates.

7^th July: - Workshop for Legal awareness for students by honorable Magistrate and his team, Budni.

8^th July: -Activity Day begins (Skating, drawing, art and craft, band, music vocal and instrumental, dance, Karate)

16^th July: - Investiture ceremony. (Installation of school cabinet) Chief Guest- Mr.VonodChourey, Vice President of Vardhman Fabrics, Special guest- Mr.Dinesh KT Chief manager and administrator of Vardhman Fabrics.

25^th July: - IPT (Periodical Test) begins.

20^th July: - Spell bee Competition for classes 6^th to 8^th

                   Debate competition for classes IX and X house wise.

21^st July: - Spell bee completion for classes I to V.

30^th July: - PT 1 end. Debate competition final round.

1^stAugust: - School observed the day as the environment day. Plantation was conducted in the            
                       school premises.

3^rdAugust: - Rainy day celebration for pre-primary students. Students enjoyed with different colored umbrella dance and varieties of fruits.

6^thAugust: - Parent teacher meeting conducted and First Periodical Test result was also given out.

8^thAugust: - Social Activity. Social activity club along with principal and in charge teachers visited Govt.School at TTC to celebrate Rakhi with them by distributing gifts, fruits and other eatables.

10^thAugust: - Today we had varieties of activities in the school like Rakshabandhan celebration, Rakhi making competition, speech competition and Rally on the occasion of 75^th anniversary of Independence Day.

15^thAugust: -Independence Day celebration.

16^th August: - Teachers picnic to PPT waterfall.

20^th August: - Matkaphod Competition.

20th August: - Workshop on Adolescence for boys.

25^th August: - Vaccination Day for students.

27^th August: -Workshop on Adolescence for girls.

5^th September: - Teachers’ Day celebration. Students arranged a wonderful cultural treat and party for teachers. The day was filled with fun and merry.

13^th September: -All students were given tablets for worms today.

14^th September: - Hindi Diwas celebrated in the school. With a special assembly the day began. In honour of Hindi Diwas different competitions conducted like essay writing, Dictation, handwriting, speech competition etc.

16^th September: - Interschool volley ball competition conducted in our school, and our boys and girls group won the match and selected for district level.

19^th September: - Periodical Test II Begin.

24^th September: - Periodical Test II end.

1^st October: -St.Francis day celebration. On this occasion a skit competition on St.Francis was conducted house wise. On this day all students were gifted with a pen.

7th October: - Parent teacher meeting. Second Periodical test result was given out.

14^th October: - Students participated in District level Karate competition at Sehore and 3 students were selected for divisional level competition.

15^th October: - Six students participated in district level volley ball competition at Sehore and three were selected for the divisional level comp.

20^th October: - Students participated in divisional level interschool competition at Bhopal.

20^thOctober: - A workshop on “Swacchata” was conducted by Nagarpalika

21^st October: - Diwali Celebration. Diya making competition, Rangoli Competition, andcard making competition was conducted on this occasion.

22^nd October: -Diwali holidays began.

28^th October: - School re-open after Diwali holidays

29th October: - First Terminal examinations (SA1) begin.

2^nd November: - Students participated in divisional level inter school Volley ball competition at Rajghad, MP and three students were selected for state levelcompetition.

9^th November: - Ramp blessed and inaugurated.

10^th November: - First Terminal examinations end.

11^thNovember: - Inter house volley ball competition conducted in the school both boys and girl’s category.

12^th November: -House wise Throw balland kho-kho competitionconducted for girls.

25^th November: - C M Cup inter school Kho-Kho competition conducted in our school. Eight schools participated in the competition and our school girls won the match.

25th November: - Our school students (Boys) Participated C M Cup interschool football competition at Desharah Maidan and won second prize.

1^stDecember: - All teachers attended a webinar on Digital citizenship by CBSE

5^thDecember: - All teachers attended a webinar on Augmentedreality; Virtual reality by CBSE

6^th and 7^th December: - school observed as sports days. Varieties of sports competitions conducted for different age groups. Students participated with sportsman spirit.

17^th December: - Dance competition conducted for classes I and II Santa making competition was also conducted on the same day for classes III and IV.

20^th December: - installation of fire hose in the school.

22^nd December: -Christmas celebration.

23^rd December: - Winter Holidays begin.

2^nd January2023: - School Reopens after winter holidays.

3^rd January: - First Pre-board begin for class X.

9^th January: - Periodical Test III begin

16^th January: -Periodical Test III end.

16th January: -Cancer awareness session for students conducted. Resource person from the Happiness welfare organization.

16th January: - School Management committee meeting.

19^th January: - Social activity. Students visited a special school run for mentally retarded and dump and deaf students at Narmadapuram.

25^thJanuary: - Prize distribution day. Chief guest: -Mrs.Sudha Solomon, Sankul Principal.

26^th January: - Republic Day celebrated in the school

28^th January: - Second Pre-board for class X

28th January: - Parent teacher meeting and result of III periodical Test.

4^th&5^th February: -Two teachers attended a seminar on guidance and counselling at Sehore.

10^th&11^th February: - Five teachers attended a capacity building programme at Nazrullaganj, Sehore.

11^th February: - Farewell for outgoing students.

13^thFebruary: - Students collected almost  Rs.13000 for Cancer patients.

23^rd February: -Annual examinations begin
